What happens after you get in touch

  1. A 30-minute call or video, free. I send you the list of things we will cover before we speak.
  2. Afterwards I email you a summary — the key points, plus anything you can handle yourself. Even if you buy nothing.
  3. If you need insurance, I quote. If you do not, I say so.

How I get paid

If you buy a policy through me, the insurer pays me a commission. Your premium is not higher for it.

Tax work is priced per item, and every price is on the site.

What you get before any policy is placed

A written disclosure setting out which insurers I represent, any conflict of interest, and my errors and omissions coverage.

That document is required by Ontario regulation. It is not a courtesy.

What I will not do

  • Quote before establishing whether you need anything.
  • Sell insurance on a tax page.
  • Stop replying because you did not buy today.
